The conference will be held in the St Kilda Town Hall from 25-26 October, and will explore how Australian local governments can mobilise in favour of sustainability.

Notable speakers at the event include:

  • Urban Development Institute of Australia National EnviroDevelopment Manager Ms Kirsty Chessher, who will speak on 'Communicating a neighbourhood’s sustainability design and credentials'
  • Planning Institute of Australia Victoria Executive Officer Mr Stuart Worn, who will discuss 'Planning challenges: integrated planning, working with three government levels, design tools'
